At Chalmo, every T-shirt is carefully crafted and printed to order. As most of our products are customized, we strive to maintain the highest quality standards. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Request Process

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Email us at support@chalmo.in with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
